A ZOOPER field trip!

We had our last kindergarten field trip today. The Wildlife World Zoo was our destination. I like to call this the dirty zoo. Not so much for hygenic reasons, it's just got a lot of dirt! I broke the rule of bringing siblings, and took Christian along for the ride. The beauty of that...no bus ride!!! We had a good time!

The drive was easy, Christian was good, and weather was nice!

I'd say this field trip deserves an E for EXCELLENT!

SOCCER, EASTER, & 36!

WHEW...this weekend is ending in exhaustion! We started Friday with dinner out at Grimaldi's. We met the Singer's, who we haven't seen in forever! (Sorry, no pics!) It was YUMMY!!! Saturday, soccer is back! Due to Cutter's untimely injury, we pulled him from soccer, so this season it's all about Christian! WAHOO! He even has a friend this time around. :)

Elle and Christian make quite the team!



I think having Elle on his team will keep him on his toes.


After the game we were off to my parents house in Camp Verde.
There was plenty of Easter fun to be had.


We did a little egg decorating.



And some hand decorating...yuck!

This morning the boys dove right into the Easter goods!



We even got in on my mom and dad's church egg hunt.

OH, and did I mention I am 36 today!

You would think with all the celebrating I have done, I would have some kind of birthday pic. Uh, no! However, let's just say it has been a good bday. :)

MY GOAL for my 36th Year:
To be authentic and genuine as a person, wife, mom, and friend!

With that declared, I am off to R-E-L-A-X!

Cutter's love for WIPEOUT landed him here....

THE ER BABY!!!

That's right, Collin and Cutter just got home from a late afternoon at John C. Lincoln. Now, we weren't there, but according to Christian, Cutter was playing Wipeout on the slide, and he WIPED OUT!!! When he didn't stop crying and his elbow swelled up, we thought a visit was necessary. Once again, KUDOS to Collin for coming through with the camera phone. :)

He watched some Spongebob.


He got a x-ray.

Still smiling...he's outta there!


With a diagnosis of a fracture of the right radius, we now need to go to the ortho for another x-ray. After that we'll know what our timeline is for this arm contraption.

Just another day in the Kennedy house.

FIELD DAY

Friday was field day for Cutter.

Despite being a bit chilly, it was fun, and very organized!!!

He said the parachute was his favorite.


He is just chillin inside.


Next, the baseball throw.


Then, they did some class relays.




Gotta love a day of no school work!!!
